About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily operations of the hotel across various departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Guest Services.
- Assist in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor operational standards and support the implementation of hotel procedures and service protocols.
- Assist with guest requests, inquiries, and feedback, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Support departmental coordination to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
- Participate in operational projects, audits, and process improvement initiatives.
- Assist in preparing operational reports, presentations, and performance tracking documents.
- Observe and learn key aspects of hotel management, service delivery, and operational excellence.
