Job Title:

Specialist, Content Translation (English --> Italian) #WAH

Job Description

The Specialist Content Translation is responsible for translating English language content according to all relevant standards and guidelines, using target-group-specific tone and style. This position creates effective learning and development content from one spoken or written language to another.
- Translates English-language eLearning, instructor led training, video narration, and email communications for non-English-Speaking audiences
- Conducts quality analysis of translations completed by internal staff and vendors to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of words used
- Creates non-English subtitle files for use with eLearning and video content
- Records and edits audio narration for non-English-speaking audiences




- Provides estimated timelines for translation projects to project team, manager, and stakeholders; executes to those timelines
- Participates in project activities/meetings as requested for updates/metrics/evaluation purposes
- Supports translation efforts for other teams/initiatives when needed
