Job Description

Radisson Hotel Group, a global hospitality company with more than 1,500 hotels across 95+ countries, seeks a Finance Manager to support its executive team in delivering accurate financial reporting and analysis. The role emphasizes transparency, shareholder reporting, performance analysis and strategic finance partnership.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across all reporting cycles.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports to internal stakeholders and shareholders.
- Conduct deep financial analysis to support business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Support the preparation of shareholder reporting materials, including board-level presentations and financial summaries.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment between financial performance and business strategy.
- Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and internal policies.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and forecasts,



highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Contribute to strategic planning through robust financial modelling and scenario analysis.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring full documentation and transparency.
- Translate financial data and insights clearly for both English and Chinese‑speaking stakeholders.

Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in finance within an international company.
- Strong experience in financial reporting and analysis.
- Proven experience in shareholder reporting and exposure to executive‑level stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), both written and spoken.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of international financia
