contributing to the proper functioning of internal governance processes and regulatory compliance.What will you do during the internship?* Support the organization and operational management of corporate governance activities within regulated entities, including preparation of board and committee meetings, agenda coordination, and pre/post-meeting documentation management* Draft formal communications addressed to board members and corporate bodies in line with internal procedures and regulatory standards* Support the preparation and collection of documentation required for regulatory submissions to Supervisory Authorities and other institutional stakeholders* Conduct legal research and in-depth analysis on corporate law, banking law, and financial markets regulation to support the team in daily activities* Interact with internal stakeholders on a daily basis to provide support on legal topics and contribute to the resolution of operational and governance-related mattersAnd now you may be wondering... who is this opportunity for?Students or recent graduates in Law (Master’s degree in Law
