About The Job

Support in developing our CRM strategy, contributing to strengthening our clients’ loyalty and engagement, helping the CRM Team in managing and executing daily activities, interacting with our Stores, HO teams and EMEA counterparts.

Job responsibilities
- Assist in creating reports and monitoring activity about CRM and clienteling performance
- Contribute to the development of Clienteling initiatives, projects and content to support retail activity
- Provide technical and ongoing support to stores related to their Clienteling daily activities
- Support in client data analysis to answer business needs, identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate closely with our Client Development colleagues to provide analytical and actionable client data and insights for client events

Profile
- Degree in Economics, Marketing or Communication
- High analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint
- Fluency in English and Italian (French is a plus)
- Detail-oriented, with a can-do-attitude
- Proactivity, problem-solving and task prioritization
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
