Position : Operations Customer Expert

Location : Lisbon, Portugal

Market : Italian-Speaking

Your Main Responsibilities

As part of the Customer Service Operations team, you will :
- Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and calls
- Handle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete services
- Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication
- Perform back-office tasks that may involve outbound calls
- Conduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback, and support customer success
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
- Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines
- Provide operational feedback and elevate cases when needed

Salary Package With & Without Accommodation

Option 1 With Apartment (Company Housing Included)

Total Gross Cash Compensation : 1,050 / month
- Base salary




- Monthly holiday & Christmas allowances
- Meal allowance (7 per working day)
- Apartment benefit‑in‑kind (200 declared on payslip, tax‑free until 31 / 12 / 2026)
- Health insurance from day one
- Potential productivity premio (performance‑based)

Option 2 Without Apartment (You Arrange Your Own Housing)

Total Gross Cash Compensation : 1,379.00 / month
- Base salary
- Monthly holiday & Christmas allowances
- Meal allowance
- Health insurance from day one
- Potential productivity bonus (performance‑based)

Training Information
- Schedule : 8 hours / day
- Training content includes system onboarding, customer management, product training & on‑the‑job practice
- Training allowance : 42.72 per day
- Payment is made only if training is fully completed

Working Conditions
- 40 hours / week + 1 hour lunch break
- 22 vacation days per year
- Italian holidays apply
- If you work on a Portuguese public holid
