This specialization offers the opportunity to work on nationally and internationally significant projects within the Financial Sector industry,
participating in key initiatives of change and improvement in the realm of business processes efficiency and digitization.Specifically, you will be tasked with:Definition of strategic development and growth opportunities in the insurance sectorDevelopment of industrial and business plansFeasibility studies for the start-up of new businesses and innovative productsManagement of complex strategic reorganization transactions and business integration dealsDefinition and implementation of business strategy of major financial institutions (e.g., reorganization of distribution networks, marketing plans, pricing models, etc.)Market, benchmarking and expected evolution analysis of major sectors/business segments in the financial marketDefinition of operating models and performance improvement programs including the use of innovative technological solutionsCome As You Are
