This is a key role focused on management, monitoring,
and in-depth analysis of data related to our Technical Service processes, in close collaboration with our Subsidiaries worldwide. Your impact and contribution in this role will drive service excellence and enhance customer satisfaction through data-driven insights.Your ImpactPerform in-depth analysis of data and KPIs currently used in the Technical Service area to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.Support on-field Kaizen sessions across EU and non-EU Subsidiaries to streamline current processesDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders at both HQ and subsidiary level.Deliver training sessions to colleagues in our Subsidiaries to increase service excellence.Contribute to defining and implementing performance improvement plans and monitoring their progress through recurrent meetings About YouIdeally, you are passionate about working out,
