BUSINESS ANALYST / PROJECT COORDINATOR (SOFTWARE)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to support the delivery of fintech and banking-related custom software projects.
The role focuses on requirements analysis, software delivery coordination and communication with development teams, acting as a key link between customers and internal technical teams.
You will contribute to ensuring smooth execution of software projects, timely releases and alignment between business needs and technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities:

- The selected candidate will support project planning, execution and monitoring of software development projects, with a strong focus on coordinating activities between customers,
developers and operations teams.
- The role includes collecting and analyzing customer requirements, translating them into structured functional specifications, and supporting the prioritization of development activities and project timelines. The candidate will coordinate the daily activities of Banking Operations and Banking Data Management teams in alignment with software delivery needs.
- Responsibilities also include managing and tracking customer tickets related to software functionalities and issues, supporting backlog organization and ensuring proper follow-up with development teams.
- The candidate will act as an operational point of contact for customers on ongoing software projects, ensuring clear and continuous communication on requirements, progress and releases.
