Project Management activities for a client operating in the Industrial sector. Responsible for managing strategic projects and experience coordinating the Project Management Office, ensuring the consistent application of project management methodologies and monitoring project performance.

Location: on site in Milan

Duration: 6 months

Main Responsibilities
- Manage complex and cross-functional projects, ensuring compliance with time, cost, quality, and scope.
- Define, implement, and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and tools.
- Experience coordinating the Project Management Office, serving as a point of contact for project managers.
- Support management in defining portfolio priorities and allocating resources.
- Monitor project progress through KPIs, reporting, and dashboards.
- Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and critical issues.
- Promote a culture of project management and continuous improvement.




- Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support strategic planning and New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
- Standardize templates, tools, and best practices.
- Ensure consistency between projects, corporate strategy, and business objectives.
- Provide top management with visibility into project portfolio performance.

Required Skills
- Solid experience managing complex projects.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile Scrum).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership, authority, and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Aptitude for goal-oriented work and continuous improvement.
