Project Manager – Data Centre Power Solutions

About the Company
Our client is a leading international engineering and industrial technology organisation with a strong reputation for delivering innovative, reliable and sustainable power solutions across multiple sectors. As part of a major strategic expansion within the rapidly growing Data Centre industry, the company is developing advanced backup power and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) solutions to support mission-critical infrastructure across Europe. To support this growth, the organisation is strengthening its European project delivery team and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful execution of complex customer projects from contract award through to commissioning and final handover.
The Opportunity
The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of customer projects involving power solutions for Data Centre applications across Europe.
Working within an international matrix organisation, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time,
within budget and in accordance with contractual, technical and customer requirements.
You will manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, coordinating internal teams, customers, EPC contractors, suppliers and technology partners throughout the entire project lifecycle.
This role combines technical project leadership with strong commercial and financial ownership, ensuring excellent governance, stakeholder management and successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Lead Data Centre power solution projects from contract award through commissioning and final handover.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project execution plans aligned with contractual commitments and customer expectations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and to the required quality and safety
