Stellantis Abruzzo plant in Atessa is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead line operators and Team Leaders, ensuring safety, quality, costs and environment targets. The role drives continuous improvement and develops people, reporting to the Shift Manager.
The ideal candidate holds a Master degree in Engineering, has 1–3 years in manufacturing, fluent English, strong leadership and analytical skills, and can work in morning or afternoon shifts. Salary range: 36K–42K€ per year.
