You will lead the definition of engineering standards, drive the strategic selection of materials and processes, and shape the technical direction of plastic component development from concept to production.
As a key point of reference for our R&D;, Quality, and Production teams, you will translate cutting-edge plastic engineering principles into high-quality, cost-efficient, and sustainable solutions that set the benchmark for Technogym's product excellence.Your ImpactOwn and evolve the company's technical standards for plastic materials, processes, and systems — setting the bar for quality, performance, and sustainability across all product lines.Act as the primary technical reference for plastic engineering, guiding cross-functional teams (R&D;, Quality, Production) in design decisions, feasibility
