Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze customer engagement, clienteling activities, and purchasing behaviors to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor clienteling performance through dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking.
- Support the development of customer segmentation and targeting analyses to drive personalized engagement strategies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of clienteling initiatives and provide recommendations based on data insights.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of customer data used for clienteling analysis.




- Manage and monitor customer assignment and portfolio management processes.
- Support the creation and maintenance of reporting tools and dashboards related to clienteling and customer engagement performance.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities to improve clienteling processes, customer journeys, and engagement effectiveness.
- Support CRM and clienteling data integration activities to ensure data availability and reporting accuracy.
- Prepare presentations and ad hoc analyses for management and key stakeholders.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses on client base evolution, VIC performance, acquisition, retention and reactivation initiatives.
- Translate complex customer data into actionable business recommendations.
- Collaborate with other departments as Retail, Merchandising and Regional teams to understand business needs and provide analytical support.
