Responsibilities
- Planning and execution of Supply Chain operations related to all types of trade animation.
- Coordination with the company departments (Trade Marketing, Categories, etc) and European Supply Chain Team, in order to ensure the correct flow of information at the correct time.
- Business data analysis, in order to support the success of commercial activities in compliance with stock value and rotation index targets.
- Uploading necessary information into the forecasting system in order to calculate sales forecasts and to execute stores/ecom replenishment.
- Deliveries follow-up, both on the central warehouse and on stores/ecom.
Check of quantities and timing and coordination with Demand Planners and Supply Planners for any corrective action.
- Ex-post analysis to identify and highlight elements of success and improvement.
- Support to Demand Planners in new product/brand launch activities: planning, execution and control.
- Creation/maintenance of useful databases in order to improve effectiveness and communication with other company departments.
Qualifications
- Engineering or Economics degree.
- Almost 1 year of experience in planning, retail environment is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, experience with forecasting systems is a plus.
- Fluent level of English is mandatory.
- Analytical attitude.
