To support our Company’s growth, we are looking for an enthusiasticProduct Development Engineerwho will be part of our Engineering Unit, contributing to the development of avionics systems and satellite platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, procurement, and sales, to deliver high-quality, reliable, and innovative space solutions.

DUTIES

As aProduct Development Engineer,working closely with the Product Management Department, you will be responsible for executing the product vision, strategy and roadmap for space projects, ensuring they are aligned with customer needs and company goals.

The activities will include (but are not limited to):
- Lead the design and development of new products from concept to production;




- Collaborate with Systems Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Testing teams to ensure product feasibility and performance;
- Maintain and update detailed technical documentation, including CAD models, drawings, specifications, and test reports;
- Support prototype development and validation through testing, analysis, and iterative improvements;
- Drive design reviews and risk assessments to ensure product reliability and compliance with applicable regulations;
- Interface with suppliers and external partners to evaluate components, materials, and manufacturing processes;
- Ensure product compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ECSS, ISO) and participate in certification activities;
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing product performance and implementing design enhancements.
