Product Specialist – Italy (Temporary – Piemonte, VDA – Liguria)
We are looking for a dynamic professional to serve as a Product Specialist for our Urology portfolio, primarily based in Turin. The role is field‑based across Piemonte, VDA and Liguria regions, with about 50% travel required and a preference for a candidate located in Campania, ideally Naples.

Location and Working Environment
This is a full‑time permanent position that allows a hybrid working schedule in accordance with our Responsible Flexibility Guidelines. Employees can share time between the office and home, ensuring an optimal work environment.

Purpose & Scope
The Product Specialist delivers scientific information on assigned Astellas Urology products and executes marketing activities within the territory,



working closely with the Product Manager, Medical Manager and Market Access team to align actions with the company’s commercial strategy.

Role and Responsibilities
- Visit specialist doctors at hospital facilities within the designated area, with frequency defined at the start of each quarter.
- Analyze and manage the assigned territory, monitoring sales performance against forecasts and identifying causes for variances.
- Propose actionable solutions to management and coordinate promotional initiatives, including national/international conferences, local events and training courses.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of scientific and product information, and prepare diligently for periodic meetings.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in health‑related science or equivalent.
