Overview
Prometeia is seeking an experienced professional to join its Strategic Advisory & Corporate Finance team. The team primarily serves financial intermediaries within the FIG market across various industries.
Responsibilities
- Lead working teams on multiple project initiatives.
- Oversee day‑to‑day management of complex client projects, client relationships, and commercial processes.
- Analyze client contexts and market environments, including competitors and industry trends.
- Apply financial, economic, and market knowledge to deliver insights.
- Develop economic‑financial and equity projections.
- Identify and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for business performance.
- Assess the economic value of banking and industrial operators, individual branches, and portfolios within extraordinary operations.
- Prepare documentation for business development and expert opinions as an independent third party.




- Build estimation models and perform quantitative analyses on economic‑financial and equity aspects.

Qualifications
- Degree with excellent marks in economics, finance, or engineering‑management subjects.
- At least 6‑7 years of experience advising banks, financial intermediaries, or companies on corporate strategy and extraordinary finance matters.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus.
- Strong leadership, teamwork, analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Location
Bologna, Milan, or Rome (preferred).
