You Will Be Involved In The Following Activities
- Observe and learn from experienced marketing specialists and a large marketing team
- Help with daily administrative tasks within the marketing department (e.g purchase orders, events invitation letters, materials requests..)
- SHIFT system use for the movements of marketing materials
- Involvement in frequent cross functional activities and updates
- Support the team with the elaboration of Excel files and Power Point presentations
- Gain insights on the very diversified activities that a marketing team faces day by day

About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or related fields
- Good English (minimum level: B2)
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and a strong motivation to learn the Sales & Marketing Specialist role.
