Your Qualifications & Skills Technical education or relevant experience in technical support, maintenance, field service, or a comparable technical role
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to guide technicians remotely
Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain effective in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
Customer-focused, proactive, and structured approach to work
Ability to work independently and within an international team
Availability to work in a 24/7 shift-based support organization, including nights, weekends, and public holi
