THE ROLE

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Advisor (Milan - 20h) who will deliver a unique and memorable experience to each client while actively contributing to the commercial success of the store. With a strong sales mindset, use of clienteling tools, and passion for people,



you will represent ALOHAS values and play a key role in building customer loyalty and driving performance.

Deliver an exceptional client experience
- Offer tailored service that builds trust and long-term relationships with clients.
- Use the clienteling tool effectively — whether to capture client preferences, follow up after visits, suggest new products, or support retention efforts.
- Engage with customers in a meaningful way to maximize conversion and satisfaction.
