Novo Resourcing represents a leading global investment management firm seeking an experienced compliance professional to establish and lead its European compliance function. This is a senior, hands-on opportunity with significant responsibility and scope to shape the firm’s European framework.
You will own day-to-day compliance and AML, act as MLRO, report to the Board, and manage regulatory relationships with CONSOB and Banca d’Italia, engaging with regulators and global teams.
