Junior Beauty Consultant

Seeking a Junior Beauty Consultant to join the Sales team at a Marionnaud store. The candidate will report directly to the Store Manager and will be responsible for driving product sales, providing customer assistance, managing cash operations, and supporting store inventory management.
- Promote product sales by engaging customers and recommending appropriate items, including sample trials.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments.
- Assist colleagues with restocking and shelf organization.
- Minimum 1–2 years of retail or beauty industry experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for the beauty sector and willingness to provide assisted selling.
- Flexibility, motivation, and passion for the role.

The employment type and contractual hours will be determined based on experience and current working status at the time of hire.
