The Luxury Collection Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Sales Account Director in Milan to drive revenue growth and manage corporate, luxury travel, M.I.C.E. and leisure accounts.
You will develop and manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and implement sales strategies aligned with the hotel's luxury brand positioning. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will collaborate with Revenue Management, Events, Marketing, and Operations to maximize occupancy, ADR, and profitability.
