HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- Lead the end‑to‑end design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions across multiple modules, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and best practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients, driving requirements gathering, solution design, and strategic decision‑making.
- Take ownership of pre‑sales activities, including solution design, effort estimation, demos, and client presentations.
- Manage and facilitate client workshops,



translating complex business requirements into scalable and sustainable system architectures.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure on‑time delivery, risk mitigation, and client satisfaction.
- Ensure solution quality and delivery excellence, overseeing configuration, testing strategy, and deployment phases.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 8–10+ years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
- Strong expertise in one or more core modules (e.g. Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting), with multiple end‑to‑end implementations delivered.
- Deep knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and ability to drive structured project lifecycles independently.
- Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into effective HR technology solutions.
