Deckers Brands is seeking an experienced sales leader to localize and execute the EMEA strategic plan across markets, driving sales and business outcomes. You will guide and develop regional sales reps, build a strong retail ecosystem, and align forecasting with marketing and DTC teams.
The role requires a track record in national-level commercial sales/marketing, plus experience in brand management and cross-functional leadership within sports goods and footwear sectors.
