Scope of the Role

Within the Global Commercial Operations & Execution Team, the Regional RX Commercial Operations Lead is accountable for accelerating the global development and in‑market performance of the Prescription Medicines portfolio, working in close partnership with country organizations.

The role acts as a senior Global–Local commercial leader, ensuring alignment with global brand and franchise strategies for strategic products, while enabling superior country planning, launch execution and sustained in‑market performance.

Covering established and innovative products across primary care, specialty care, hospital and rare disease segments, the role requires a deep understanding of local market dynamics, regulatory and market access environments, and complex stakeholder ecosystems, and plays a critical role in building long‑term commercial capabilities across RX markets.
