MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the Communication Department (PR, Digital and Content Teams), the Content Support will contribute to the development and execution of engaging content across various platforms.
- Assist in creating compelling copy for a range of assets, including images, videos, press releases, product cards, and brief product descriptions.
- Support the development of texts for new product launches.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for content ideas and campaigns.
- Perform proofreading and editing to ensure high-quality, error-free content consistent with brand voice.
- Gather and organize materials for content briefs, coordinating with internal teams to source necessary assets.
- Review content to ensure alignment with brand messaging, tone, and strategic objectives.
- Assist in uploading and organizing content on various digital platforms.
- Maintain content calendars and asset libraries.
- Assist in creating diverse marketing materials like seeding cards, POS materials, invitations, and menus,



including image selection and text collaboration.
- Provide support for commercial content management on e-commerce platforms.
- Assist with competitor research and market analysis to identify trends and best practices.
- Support the Content Manager in tracking content performance metrics and generating basic reports.

PROFILE
- Graduated from a program in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital content, and social media, particularly within the luxury or beauty industries.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to new tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English; French is a plus.
