HR Manager Casablanca | Food & Seafood

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our Food & Seafood business in Casablanca. In this key management role, you will act as a trusted partner to the Plant Manager and leadership team, driving people strategies that support business performance, employee engagement, and organizational growth.

You will lead all site HR activities, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation administration, labor relations, and compliance. As a member of the site leadership team, you will help build a high-performing culture focused on safety, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities to attract and retain top talent.
Drive performance management, talent development, succession planning,



and leadership capability building.
Provide expert guidance on employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and employment legislation.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Manage payroll inputs, employee records, and HR administration with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Develop and deliver training and development programs that strengthen organizational capability.
Build and maintain constructive relationships with employee representatives, works councils, unions, and external stakeholders.
Monitor HR metrics and provide insights that support business decision-making.
Lead and support HR projects aimed at improving employee experience and operational effectiveness.
Oversee temporary workforce management and maintain relationships with staffing agencies.

What You Bring

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Several years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Experience partnering with operational leaders and managing a broad range of HR activities.




Knowledge of Moroccan labor legislation and employment practices.
Experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors is an advantage.
Fluent in English; French and/or Arabic would be highly beneficial.
