Are you looking for a new challenge? We are looking for an energetic, organised, detail-oriented operations manager.

Who are we?

We are a tour operator located in Prati, Rome, that specialises in Culinary experiences for tourists in Italy. We have cooking classes in over 12 different cities, and have 3000+ people join us every single week. Our goal is to give them an unforgettable memory.

What are we looking for?

To make this happen, we need to bring hosts, clients & venues together, which can prove to be a puzzle at times. Our Customer Interactions team makes sure all expectations are managed, and everybody is well prepared. What we need, is someone to supervise this process, and make sure all i's are dotted! You would have to be a quick thinker, dare to make bold decisions, and stay calm under stress.

- a contract for 12 months
- the opportunity to develop yourself

- a 13th and 14th month
- 1.700 EUR LORDO x 14 months (the nett amount depends on your personal situation)
- Vacation days/ sick days as stated in CCNL

Practical requirements:
- English C1 or C2
- Italian B2
- Available 40 hours a week
- Vacation during high season discouraged
- Not possible to be off for more than 7 week in August
- Experience with work on computers & the booking system fareharbor is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From €1,600.00 per month

Work Location: In person
