Sales Engineer (all genders)
at our DYWIDAG Cusago (Italy) location.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, including review of project documentation, quantity take-offs, material estimates, cost calculations, pricing, and bid submissions to support successful project acquisition.
- Drive sales growth and increase market share for DYWIDAG products, systems, and engineering solutions within the assigned territory in line with business objectives and company strategy.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding current and future customer requirements and delivering value-added solutions.
- Promote DYWIDAG's products, services, and capabilities through customer meetings, technical presentations, and project consultations.
- Provide technical and engineering support to customers by recommending appropriate solutions based on project specifications, drawings, and construction requirements.
- Review engineering documents,
specifications, plans, and tender documents to identify business opportunities and suitable solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Project Management teams to ensure accurate proposal development, successful project delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Provide on-site technical assistance and project support when required.
- REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Clear customer focus and business acumen
- Ability to understand engineering documents and procedures related to the construction and manufacturing Industry
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Networking capabilities
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel
- Affinity for financial reporting
- Profound knowledge in the current Microsoft Office applications
- AutoCAD knowledge and autonomy to make drawings if required
English language skills

- Annual gross salary (RAL) of approximately €35.000–€40.000
