The role

As Marketing Specialist, you'll work directly with the CEO (currently acting as Head of Marketing) to bring our marketing strategy to life: launching campaigns, shipping landing pages, coordinating freelancers (mainly on paid advertising), creating content, and improving our website.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves building, shipping, testing, and iterating. Every week will look different, and you'll touch almost every aspect of marketing.

What you'll actually be doing

- Build landing pages, lead magnets, and other marketing assets for campaigns, launches, and events.

- Design and edit creatives for paid advertising across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google, and coordinate the freelancers/agencies running it.

- Own our social channels (especially LinkedIn) and keep textyess.com sharp - copy, visuals, conversion.

- Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to turn customer stories into content, and support webinars, launches, and outbound campaigns.

- Analyze what's working and iterate, from MQLs to conversion - so every campaign beats the last.

What you bring

- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-growing startup.

- You're a generalist who enjoys doing many different things rather than specializing in one channel.

- You've worked with freelancers or agencies and know how to coordinate external partners.





- You're highly organized and naturally biased toward execution.

- You move fast, take ownership, and don't wait for someone to tell you every next step.

What we offer:

- Salary: The gross annual salary (RAL) ranges from €40K to €50K depending on relevant experience and fit with the role.
