Job Summary:

Join a supportive technology team as an IT Support Specialist, providing practical assistance to users and helping maintain reliable IT systems. This full-time role offers professional development, varied technical work, and a flexible working environment.

What You’ll Do:

- Provide first- and second-level technical support
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user-access issues
- Install and configure computers, applications, and peripherals
- Manage support tickets and document solutions
- Support Microsoft 365, Windows, and common business systems
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical team
- Help maintain IT security and equipment records

Requirements:

- General knowledge of computers, software, and networks
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Customer-focused and organised approach




- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Previous IT support, help desk, or technical support experience is helpful
- Relevant training or certifications are welcomed but not essential
