Serapian Milano is seeking an experienced CRM leader to define and oversee the global CRM strategy across online and offline channels, building an omnichannel client journey that enhances engagement, loyalty and ROI.

Reporting to the Image, Marketing & Communication Director, you will drive data-driven segmentation, manage CRM tools, collaborate with retail, e-commerce and wholesale teams, and ensure data privacy compliance.
