You’ll guide customers through the full order‑to‑delivery journey, ensuring their requirements are translated into robust, high‑quality solutions. This is a role where technical understanding meets customer leadership — and where your influence will be felt across engineering, operations, and commercial teams. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as the single point of contact for customers, delivering clear,



confident communication /li liRespond quickly to customer queries and manage expectations throughout the project /li liNegotiate with customers and internal teams to meet technical and delivery needs /li liCarry out accurate contract reviews and manage scope changes /li liOversee technical and commercial aspects of each project lifecycle /li liTrack inventory requirements and escalates risks early /li liProvide proactive updates on delivery timelines, including travel to customer or EPC sites /li liBuild strong relationships across engineering, applications, finance, and operations /li liDevelop project plans and influence delivery timescales /li liPrepare cost estimates and present solutions to senior stakeholders /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Mechanical, Electrical, Product Design, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience) /li liExperience analysing, designing, testing, and improving industrial products /li liFamiliarity with structured engineering techniques /li liExperience with task management, defect tracking, requirements capture, and KPIs /li liExcellent communication and relationship‑building skills /li liWillingness to travel /li liProficiency with Microsoft tools, especially Dynamics CE /li liStrong problem‑solving skills and industrial design experience /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
