Experteer Italy in Lombardy is seeking an Area Sales Manager for People & Business Assurance to lead a frontline sales team, set targets, and drive growth in the TIC industry.
You will align Field & Inside Sales, strengthen customer relationships, and guide performance with clear KPIs.

The role requires at least 5 years in sales including 2–3 in leadership, strong consultative selling and data-driven decision making; fluency in English is essential.
