/li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Pipeline Management and Project Ownership /h3 ul liProactively identify opportunities within the Civil Infrastructure market segment.
/li liResearch and gather leads from online databases, owners, EPCs, and key industry players.
/li liMaintain and nurture a pipeline that aligns with annual and quarterly sales budgets.
/li liCollaborate with the Segment Manager to select target and must-win projects.
/li liTake ownership of projects/opportunities within your portfolio,



managing them until the contracting stage.
/li liProvide pricing recommendations to contractors.
/li liPlay a crucial role in securing cross-border project wins, working with global EP KAMs and peers in other regions.
/li /ul h3Key Account Management (Non-Buying Customers) /h3 ul liManage key accounts at industry players, including architects, engineering firms, and consultancies, primarily focusing on Europe within the EMEA region.
/li liIdentify and prioritize key industry players in collaboration with the Segment Manager.
/li liBuild relationships to increase PPG's impact in the value chain and expand our share at existing and new customers.
/li liEstablish strong partnerships with key industry players, positioning PPG as a trusted advisor and project partner.
/li liEnsure PPG is on their approved specifications or work towards inclusion on these specifications.
/li /ul h3Project/Opportunity Management /h3 ul liOversee projects/opportunities across the value chain, from planning to contracting stages.
/li liEnsure PPG is specified and approved as a supplier for relevant projects.
/li liMonitor project progress and transition phases, extracting information on the project's next steps.
/li liIdentify downstream role players for potential contracting opportunities.
/li liDisseminate project stage progress information to the sales and other relevant teams.
/li liLead the execution of project action plans.
/li liConduct opportunity management operating cadence meetings for your projects and present them to segment management.
/li liTrack progress, identify gaps, and resolve roadblocks.
/li liCollaborate with other functions to execute action plans and ensure successful project delivery.
/li liAdapt action plans to optimize the chances of project success.
/li /ul h3What business skills and education do we expect from you /h3 h3Experience in Business Skills for at least 5-7 years in: /h3 ul liRelationship Management:



Ability to develop durable customer relationships across all levels in the value chain.
/li liIndustry Expertise: Knowledge of the industry, products, and tools to become a trusted advisor for customers.
/li liInnovation: Ability to identify, support, and drive innovation that enhances customer sustainability and productivity.

/li liProject Management: Experience in managing projects/opportunities from identification to contracting stage.
/li liAccount Management: Experience in managing key accounts at industry players, including architects, engineering firms, and consultancies.
/li liCommunication Skills: Ability to disseminate project stage progress information to the sales and other relevant teams and lead the execution of project action plans.
/li /ul h3Education Level /h3 ul liAt least a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is required.
/li liExperience in the Civil Infrastructure market segment would be beneficial.
/li liFamiliarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.com would be an advantage.
/li liMultilingual skills could be beneficial, particularly proficiency in English and other European languages.
/li /ul h3What we Offer /h3 pClassification as an employee at a level (between level B2 and level A3) of the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Chemical-Pharmaceutical Industry, gross annual salary (RAL) between €52,000 and €62,000 + variable premio of 40% upon achievement of objectives + welfare package + fringe benefits: Company Car, PC, Smartphone.
