/ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign of control algorithms and simulations related to Main Induction Topologies /liliInduction system architecture definition and requirement management /liliBig Data analysis and control estimator definition as per hardware circuitry optimization /liliCritical thinking on interface definition between modules and specification /liliModel Based Design infrastructure definition and consolidation /liliKnowledge of V model approach on System Documentation detail design and testing /liliContribute to formalise in Architectural and Software Requirement Specification document /liliLateral experience in programming embedded software on main microcontroller architectures in C and assembly /liliExperience in motor control or power conversion software programming, specifically for induction application /liliKnowledge of main tools for simulation (Python, Simulink, Matlab), requirement traceability, bug management /liliConstant update about progress and deliverable definitions /liliInterface with suppliers during design developing, integration,



optimization and verification phases /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliGood knowledge of laboratory instrumentation (Power meters, Oscilloscopes, ...) /liliGood attitude on problem solving, bugs tracking and regression test management /liliGeneral knowledge of FMEA, Six Sigma tools and V Model process approach (requirement traceability, test design) /liliNice to have: HW and SW design working background Power conversion systems experience /liliEducation: Automation (or similar) Engineering Degree /liliProfessional experience: Proven strong experience on Induction hobs technology integration /liliLanguage: Fluency in English and Italian /liliSoft skills: Communication, result oriented, attitude for teamwork and work under stress conditions /liliTechnical Skills: Project management basics /li /ulpEmployment Type: Permanent Contract; Full-Time /ppNational Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL): Metalmeccanici Privati /ppMinimum Gross Annual Salary: €45,000 /ppThe position includes access to an individual or collective variable incentive scheme based on the achievement of predefined performance objectives (KPIs); alternatively, any additional variable compensation components or benefits will be governed by the applicable company policies.
