/p pFor the strengthening of the Legal function within Cedacri, part of ION Group, we are looking for a bSenior /b bLegal Specialist /bwith b5-8+ years of experience /b gained at top-tier law firms.
The successful candidate will work closely with business and functional teams, providing legal advice on a variety of commercial and corporate matters, supporting strategic initiatives, and contributing to effective risk management and compliance.
We are looking for a proactive and business-minded professional with strong legal foundations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and international environment.
/p pLearn more at /p h3Your role: /h3 h3Your key duties and responsibilities /h3 ul liDrafting and negotiating contracts and agreements /li liProviding legal advice and conducting legal research on a variety of legal topics including civil law, intellectual property, corporate law and real estate /li liReply to various legal requests from end-users and third parties (including resellers and suppliers) in relation to products and services /li liConducting research, investigating facts and developing legal arguments /li liCompiling information and preparing statistics, charts,
graphs and other summaries to detail the findings /li liKeeping track of changes in legal framework and providing timely updates on these changes /li /ul h3Other duties /h3 pWe might ask you to perform other tasks and duties as your role expands.
