CORA is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to own hotel onboarding and early adoption for our AI-powered hospitality platform.
You'll train teams, configure the system, and ensure adoption across housekeepers, maintenance staff, and front office, becoming the primary point of contact for dozens of properties.
If you've worked in hospitality and speak Italian and English fluently (Spanish a plus), you'll fit.
