ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliSupervising lifting operations, wind turbine preparation, and inspections /liliFollow‑up work inside the wind turbine at all Vestas wind parks under assembly /liliEnsuring the quality guarantee, reporting any non‑compliance, and creating punch lists during wind turbine installation /liliEnsuring proper unloading of components: inspection, repairs of the wind turbine during installation, and work inside the tower /liliReporting on safety, cost planning, quality improvement, and deviations /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliHigh school degree +2/3 years in construction management or an equivalent field /lili1-2 years of experience in site and team management /liliKnowledge of safety, management procedures, delivery stations,



electrical instruments, cells, and APIs; understanding of technical documents /liliExperience in the wind sector is valuable /liliFluency in Italian and English (both spoken and written) is essential /li /ulh3Core Competencies /h3pDemonstrates expertise in supervising wind turbine operations, ensuring quality compliance, and managing site activities.
