/p h3Tasks /h3 ul libFull GL Ownership: /b Oversee end-to-end General Ledger activities for the Italian legal entity, ensuring compliance with local and Group standards.
/li libInternational Accounting Support: /b Act as a point of contact for cross-border accounting flows and international projects, ensuring alignment between Italy and the Group HQ.
/li libFinancial Reporting : /b Preparation of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.
/li libAnalytical Oversight: /b Conduct deep-dive analysis on financial data and intercompany reconciliations, transforming numbers into actionable insights.
/li libOperational Integrity: /b Support day-to-day accounting activities and act as a strategic backup during holiday periods to maintain business continuity and broaden your scope of expertise.
/li libProcess Optimization: /b Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
/li libAdvanced Tax Compliance: /b Independently manage VAT, LIPE, and statutory filings, ensuring total accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
/li libAudit Year-End Support:
/b Provide high-level support to the Accounting Manager during the preparation of Financial Statements and Audit cycles.
/li /ul h3Must Have Skills /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in finance, accounting or economics.
/li li3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
/li liAdvanced knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and SAP and/or S/4HANA.
/li liFluent English.
/li liAbility to work proactively, strong team?working skills with ability to work independently.
/li liAbility to adapt yourself to work in a fast?paced environment.
/li /ul h3Nice to Have Skills /h3 ul liExperience in financial audit (Big4 preferred).
