/p pAs a Key Account Manager for Built-In Home Appliances, your mission is to drive growth and increase market share within the Italian retail channel.
You will implement the sales strategy, leveraging your deep knowledge of the business, products, and market to ensure we meet and exceed our category sales targets.
Your role is crucial in strengthening our presence and optimizing LG's position across key retail accounts.
/p h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liImplement the sales strategy to achieve category sales targets and increase market share.
/li liGain and maintain in-depth knowledge of the market to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
/li liCollaborate with other Built-In Key Account Managers to optimize company positioning across all sales channels.
/li liDevelop short- and long-term sales plans and forecasts; prepare and execute sales strategies for assigned customers.




/li liAct as the main liaison between customers and LG teams to facilitate effective communication and enhance customer satisfaction.
/li liMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights; provide feedback to internal stakeholders.
/li liManage customer relationships through accurate forecasting, sell-out tracking, budget control, and cost management.
/li liBuild and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments such as Marketing, Product Management, Sales Administration, Customer Service, Logistics, Credit Control, and Finance.
/li liTravel frequently across Italy to meet clients and support sales activities.
/li /ul h3What You Must Have /h3 ul liMinimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar Key Account Manager role within the Built-In home appliances market.
/li liStrong knowledge of the Consumer Electronics market and retail channels.
/li liBachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
/li liFluent in English (verbal and written); fluency in Italian is required for non-native speakers.
/li liProven track record in a proactive sales environment with commercial acumen and ability to meet sales objectives.
/li liStrong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
/li liExperience working in a KPI-driven performance environment.
/li liExcellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
/li liEffective time management and flexibility.
/li /ul h3Nice If You Have /h3 ul liPrevious experience working with multi-channel retail environments.
/li liUnderstanding of supply chain, logistics, and finance processes.
/li liAdditional language skills.
/li liEstablished network within the Italian retail market for built-in home appliances.
