/p h3Job Description /h3 pThe FPA Analyst will be a vital member of the Operation Finance Team, assisting the Senior Manager, Operations Finance Europe in planning, tracking, analyzing and achieving business results.
This role teams up with the Senior Manager, Site Leaders, the Internal Reporting Team, with SGA's functions Leaders and other FPA Analysts.
/p h3Essential Functions /h3 ul liClosing tasks related to inventory reserves, statistical key figures update, other adjustments to accurately reflect costs and assets.
/li liAnalysis of costs/assets and verification of correctness of PL and BS for assigned countries.
/li liReporting and analysis for assigned countries: site management reviews, manufacturing costs, SGA costs, Capex expenses, auditor documentation, other business meetings.
/li liSupport Budget and Forecast for manufacturing; financial validation of productivity projects; proper financial planning and control of CAPEX.

/li liAdvanced Microsoft Excel modeling capabilities (pivot tables, filters, SAP data).

/li liBusiness acumen and ability to suggest and evaluate action plans.
/li liAbility to analyze and summarize complex data.
/li liStrong sense of ownership, proactive in identifying process and tool improvements.

/li /ul h3Preferred Requirements /h3 ul li2–5 years of experience in an FPA position.
/li liExperience in financial reporting, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
/li liExperience with SAP or other ERP.
/li /ul h3Mobility Requirements /h3 p20% of working time may require travel.
/p h3Special Physical or Mental Requirements /h3 pAble to work under stress and short timelines.
