ph3JOB PURPOSE /h3 pLead, coach and empower a team to achieve deliver exceptional customer experiences, sales excellence and ensure efficient store operations through positive and collaborative leadership.
/p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liAct as a true Prada Ambassador and role model, consistently demonstrating the brand's values and commitments.
/li liCoach, lead and inspire Beauty Advisors to achieve their sales targets.
/li liMonitor KPIs and provide qualitative feedback to elevate performance.
/li liOversee inventory management (stock, testers, samples, and other selling tools) to prevent shortages or loss.
/li liDevelop and maintain strong relationships within colleagues and foster a collaborative environment among all store categories.
/li liDrive, motivate and create a positive working atmosphere within the team.
/li liEnsure exceptional and personalized client experience, building strong relationships and driving client loyalty.
/li liHandle client requests, concerns and objections with professionalism and expertise.
/li liCollaborate with CRM team to enhance client loyalty.
/li liContinuously upskill to adapt to luxury, beauty and brand values.
/li /ul h3KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS /h3 ul liProven experience in beauty retail.




/li liPassion and strong knowledge of beauty fragrances categories.
/li liLeadership and coaching skills, with the ability to elevate team performance.
/li liData-Driven mindset with solid understanding of KPIs.
/li liCommitment to fostering an inclusive environment and leveraging Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
/li liHigh cross-cultural agility, with the ability to adapt communication and leadership style to diverse teams and clients.
/li liMake-up Artist certification is considered a plus.
/li liFluent spoken English expected.
Other languages are desirable.
