ph3Maintenance Manager /h3 pfor the site Carugate MI, Italy /p h3Your key responsibilities /h3 pThe Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading the site's maintenance function, ensuring the reliability, compliance, and efficiency of manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facilities.
The role develops and executes maintenance strategies aligned with business objectives, drives operational performance, manages external service providers, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to ensure safe and compliant operations within a GMP-regulated environment.
/p ul liDefine and implement maintenance strategies to maximize equipment reliability, availability, and lifecycle performance.
/li liEnsure effective maintenance planning and execution while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
/li liOversee the performance, compliance, and efficiency of facility and utility systems.
/li liPartner with Production, Quality, EHS, and other stakeholders to support business objectives and ensure GMP compliance.
/li liLead root cause investigations and drive sustainable corrective actions to improve asset performance.
/li liManage external contractors, suppliers, and service agreements, ensuring quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
/li liSupport capital projects, equipment upgrades,
and site investment initiatives.
/li liDevelop and manage maintenance budgets, resource allocation, and spare parts strategies.
/li liEnsure inspection readiness and compliance with applicable regulatory and company requirements.
/li liPromote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across all maintenance activities.
/li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or technical qualification in Engineering or a related discipline.
/li liExperience in maintenance leadership roles within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
/li liStrong knowledge of maintenance management, asset reliability, and the management of manufacturing equipment, utilities (HVAC, purified water, compressed air, steam, electrical systems) and facilities/infrastructure.
/li liExperience managing contractors, budgets, and cross-functional projects.
/li liSolid understanding of GMP requirements and regulated manufacturing environments.
/li liStrong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
/li liGood command of spoken and written English.
