You will be responsible for delivering commercial success across your territory by achieving sales objectives, strengthening product positioning, and building long?term partnerships with healthcare professionals.
Your impact goes beyond sales, you shape perception, trust, and value.
In this position you will be field based.
/p ul liAt least 3 years of successful commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
/li liDemonstrated experience in Ophthalmology is preferred.

/li liConsistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
/li liStrong knowledge of the Italian healthcare system and regulatory/compliance requirements.
/li liExcellent communication, relationship?building, and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility with healthcare professionals.
/li liProactive and customer?focused, with strong networking and stakeholder management capabilities.
/li liComfortable using digital tools and proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, PowerBI, Outlook and Excel.
