Adecco Italia Spa is seeking a Store Manager for a well‑known footwear brand in production and sales.
Responsabilità
- Support team of Sales Representatives
- Analyze KPIs of the store
- Facilitate semi‑assisted sales
- Customer loyalty
Requisiti
- Previous experience in retail (non‑food)
- Geographic flexibility
- Result orientation and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent teamwork and leadership skills
- English language skills
- Office software knowledge
Offriamo
- Contract: 6+6 months with automatic conversion to permanent
- Training: 1–5 months plus net reimbursement of €500 per month
