TASKS

Other tasks are:
- Lead the crew through positive, inclusive leadership, empowering team members to perform at their best by valuing diverse strengths, perspectives, and experiences.
- Operate Air Dolomiti aircraft safely and efficiently, ensuring punctuality, cost-effectiveness,



and high-quality standards for our guests
- Prepare and conduct flights in accordance with Air Dolomiti’s operational directives
- Actively cooperate with the crew, ground staff, and air traffic control
- Continuously maintain and further develop your professional skills
- Always act responsibly and in a sustainable manner
