ph3Job Description /h3 pIn this role, you will be designing and developing data integration components which support Allstate Canada’s insurance agent compensation measurement and reporting system and related business intelligence reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing data integration processes, feeds to data warehouse environments, and cloud-based data pipelines. /p h3Accountabilities /h3 ul liOwn the data integration capabilities within the agent compensation and sales reporting team using Microsoft ETL development tools and MS SQL Server. /li liCreate new solutions to enable accurate sales tracking and reporting. /li liDevelop new capabilities and support integration between an Oracle DB and SQL Server. /li liDevelop new data pipelines and support integration between SQL Server and Power BI. /li liDevelop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, packages, and views. /li liDevelop Windows shell scripts for job automation, scheduling, file handling, and monitoring. /li liTroubleshoot ETL failures and resolve production issues. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExtensive experience in bETL Development /b and data integration projects involving large data volumes. /li liHands‑on development experience with the bMSBI Stack /b: ul liSSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) /li liSSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) /li /ul /li liSolid development experience working with bMicrosoft SQL Server /b and bT‑SQL /b stored procedures. /li liExperience in developing and maintaining ETL workflows using SSIS. /li liExperience with Windows scripting and PowerShell. /li liExperience in data validation,
